Via philip@ the snaps on http://snaps.php.net/ are out of date.  The packages are being updated but the versions of PHP are old. For example the current 5.4 snap unzips as php5.4-201205091730 but installs as the very old 5.4.1RC1-dev.  The current PHP-5.4 branch in git shows 5.4.3-dev

The script http://git.php.net/?p=systems.git;a=blob_plain;f=update-snapshots;hb=HEAD is still referring to SVN.

Fixed and verified.  Newest (as of this writing) were built manually 16-MAY-2012 
17:53 UTC, and are 5.3.15-dev and 5.4.5-dev.  I've re-enabled the crontab as of 
about three minutes ago, so the autosnaps should resume in no more than ~147 
minutes.

Thanks again for your help with the dummy commit to test the 5.4 branch, sir.
