From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.file-get-contents#refsect1-function.file-get-contents-errors
---

file_get_contents also generates a warning if it can't find the file. I think it should be included in "Errors/Exceptions" section --or the PHP version of the removal of this warning, if it was the case, should be included in "Changelog" section.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.
