Description:
------------
I'm getting an error code of 9 from xml_get_error_code(). The documentation @ http://www.php.net/manual/en/xml.error-codes.php doesn't tell me what constant corresponds to 9.

Obviously I could just write:
if (xml_get_error_code($parser) == 9)

But for code readability and/or future proofing it would be nice to use the proper constant. The current documentation doesn't give me enough info to do that.
