Description:
------------
The HTML validator from htmlhelp.com (which in Debian
Linux is available in the wdg-html-validator package)
says that the single-file PHP documentation is invalid.
Here is a terminal transcript:

bash$ validate --version
Offline HTMLHelp.com Validator, Version 1.2.2
by Liam Quinn <liam@htmlhelp.com>
bash$ head -1 page.html
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
bash$ validate page.html > validate.out
bash$ grep -c '^Error ' validate.out
36812
bash$

The file "page.html" (used in the
transcript above) is dated 2012-03-16.

I'm closing this as duplicate of bug #60224; there may be other
issue than the nesting of <div>s inside of <p>s, but without
resolving these, it doesn't even make sense to try to validate the
docs.
