Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/simplexmlelement.construct#refsect1-simplexmlelement.construct-parameters
---

The SimpleXML::__construct() doc fails to state when parameters number 4 & 5 ($ns and $is_prefix, respectively) were added.

On PHP 5.1.6, attempting to use the $ns parameters results in a 'SimpleXMLElement::_construct() expects at most 3 parameters, 4 given' error.

This may also affect http://us.php.net/manual/en/function.simplexml-load-string.php, and http://us.php.net/manual/en/function.simplexml-load-file.php.

These parameters were first released in PHP 5.2.0
http://svn.php.net/viewvc?view=revision&revision=213615

A patch is pending in the online document editor.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.
