In the parameter list of the german version of mysql_result below the parameter 
'row' it says:
"Die Spaltennummer des erhaltenen Ergebnisses. Spaltennummern beginnen mit 0."

But it is not column but a row. Maybe a copy&paste mistake? It rather has to be:

"Die Reihennummer des erhaltenen Ergebnisses. Reihennummern beginnen mit 0."
or
"Die Zeilennummer des erhaltenen Ergebnisses. Zeilennummern beginnen mit 0."

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
