Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) Open section "patches for review (2)"
2) ricgt-click Menu -> "View unified diff"
3) Opens new window
4) click on the link to download the patch
Result: click triggers a reload of the editor

This bug has been fixed in SVN, and should show up online in an
hour or three.

Bug is still there. The Page reloads, when trying to download the diff.
