When configuring PHP4 with --with-snmp=/path/to/snmp, the given path is not honoured when doing the checks for the include file default_store.h

The problem may be cured in two ways:
* Adding -I$SNMP_INCDIR to $INCLUDES before doing the test
* Apllying the following patch

This should be fixed in the CVS. 
Please try it or wait for 4.0.2.
