we have to update the sqlite documentation 
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/sqlite.installation.php for example) to reflect that 
sqlite was moved from core to pecl with 5.4, and people should migrate to 
PDOSqlite or SQLite3

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
