In r315745 a new function was added:

  session_status()

As well as some new constants to support this function:

  PHP_SESSION_DISABLED
  PHP_SESSION_NONE
  PHP_SESSION_ACTIVE

However, I don't believe that these have been documented:

  http://php.net/manual/en/ref.session.php

Please include the documentation for the new function and the associated 
constants.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
