Description:
------------
I need to install the PDF Form Data Format functions. I went to http://pecl.php.net/package/fpdf. But when I clicked on the "Download Latest" link, it was not operational.

(I also tried installing these functions from the PECL command line and was unsuccessful, but I don't know if the above bug is related to this fact.)

Reproduce code:
---------------
N/A

Expected result:
----------------
I hope to see the dead "Download Latest" link at: http://pecl.php.net/package/fpdf
restored.

PECL/fpdf is unmaintained, there has never been a release and no sources are available. The package should be removed from PECL.
