Hello. I got a problem. I need to save Gearman object in 
external object and call sendComplete() outside of general job 
callback-function. But it completes the job automatically when 
general job callback-function finishes.
I really need it because I'm using async. I/O. and I have to 
exit of function before job completes.

This change would have to be done in libgearman.
