In the FAQ:
	http://www.php.net/FAQ.php#10.1
It says:
	Send the resulting backtrace to
	php-dev@lists.php.net

A few lines below (in 10.4), it says:
It is important to use the bug database instead
of just sending an email to one of the mailing
lists because the bug will have a tracking
number assigned and it will then be possible
for you to go back later and check on the
	status of the bug.

Fixed in FAQ.html, now tells people to include backtrace in bug reports rather than mailing directly to php-dev list
