Description:
------------
If I enable the gmagick extension, it breaks the imagick readImageBlob method. Disabling gmagick fixes the problem.There appears to be some type of conflict here.

'ImagickException' with message 'Unable to read image blob'

Imagick->readimageblob('??????JFIF?????...')

Reproduce code:
---------------
$im = new Imagick();
$im->readImageBlob($imageblob);

Expected result:
----------------
Proper image output

Actual result:
--------------
'ImagickException' with message 'Unable to read image blob'

Imagick and Gmagick cannot really co-exist together on the same environment as some of the symbols are similar.
