I get error when apc.stat=1:
[apc-error] Cannot redeclare class

No error when apc.stat=0

I use: 
APC Version	3.1.3-dev
PHP Version	5.3.2 final

dll file is from:
php_apc-5.3-svn20091115-vc6-x86.zip  (2009-11-26 14:35 -0800)

There's a fix for this in SVN.
