Using constants as default parameter values in function definitions causes bcompiler to crash using  bcompiler_write_file.

I'm using php 5.3.1, bcompiler 0.91

This does not occur in 0.6, not sure about 0.7 or 0.8 though

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
define("SOME_CONST",1);
function foo($var = SOME_CONST)
{ return;
}

foo();

?>

Expected result:
----------------
expect code to run normally

Actual result:
--------------
causes abnormal program termination (crash)

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
