I was trying to install pecl zip package version 1.10.2 (stable version) with following command;

pecl install zip-1.10.2

which gives me error;

Package "zip" does not have REST info xml available





Reproduce code:
---------------
pecl install zip-1.10.2
Package "zip" does not have REST info xml available
Cannot initialize 'zip-1.10.2', invalid or missing package file
Package "zip-1.10.2" is not valid
install failed

Expected result:
----------------
Package installed successfully

I was able to install the package using the command from the report.
