The module version that is reported to PHP is incorrect.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php phpinfo();

Expected result:
----------------
In the `intl` section, I expect the version to be 1.0.2.

Actual result:
--------------
The version is listed as 1.0.0.

Line 63 of `php_intl.h` needs to be changed to:
#define PHP_INTL_VERSION "1.0.2"
