Description:
------------
The page http://us.php.net/manual/en/intl.constants.php states that the value of INTL_MAX_LOCALE_LEN is 64. This value has changed to 80 since the closing of bug #14265, a var_dump(INTL_MAX_LOCALE_LEN) verifies the new value.
