What I'm trying to do is install ps module  
but console says can't find 'ps.dsp' file. Through web
surfing, I found out that pecl no more uses dsp file but uses
config.w32. But what I encounter is the error message requiring dsp
file.

pecl/ps != pecl/http, though Windows and the pecl command do not play nicely together either.
