Attempting to build cairo_wrapper 0.2.2 results in several undefined symbols.  Upon comparison against cairo.h in cairo-1.4.10, it turns out that several functions are incorrectly named, and there are also a few typos.

I pulled the cairo-wrapper.xml from TRAC and made the necessary changes there.  A patch is available at:

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
