I just want to get some advice on how to submit this type of bug before I submit everything..

oci8 extension works great.. but, I have written a query that takes 5 seconds to complete with oci8, but only milliseconds to complete in TOAD and SQLDeveloper. 

I'm not quite sure how to submit a bug that is dependent on table schemas. Please advise on how I should provide you with more information to get this checked out.

I'm pretty sure it OCI8 cannot affetc query execution in any way, it fully depends on the statement and the server.
