One of the XMLDAS unit tests is failing:

1) testFileExceptionThrownAndWarningIssuedWhenXsdFileIsNotPresent(XMLDASTest)
Incorrect exception thrown for file not found; expected SDO_DAS_XML_FileException, was SDO_DAS_XML_ParserException

I've raised this as https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-1227, as it is a regression in Tuscany. I'll see what they say, but if necessary we can stat the file in PHP instead and avoid the failure.

Suspending this report as the extension have not had a release for almost 9 years.  Please revive this if the extension once again shows life
