configure: error: can only configure for one host and one target at a time

********** So I Manually ran configure - then it warns that I am building the cgi version - which I am not!!

This always worked fine in previous versions...

Unable to reproduce this.  Works fine in 3.0.3 on a Linux 2.0.34 box.
