    - PHP4.0.0
print number_format((100/3),2); // has been f***ed up in PHP4!!!

 - In PHP3 MathValue were like: 1,000.00 (BuiltIn/Hardcoded). But PHP4 is using the Operation System's setting for decimals and thousands...

e.g. A Danish OS default setting is: 1.000,00

P.S: I am running PHP4 on Windows with Apache,... and something REALLY strange showed up when updating to PHP4.0.1... The ExecFile showed up :-) Have I done something wrong???
>> here is a piece of my httpd.conf:

  ScriptAlias /php3 "c:/home/bin/php3/php.exe"
  ScriptAlias /php4 "c:/home/bin/php4/php.exe"
  AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
  Action application/x-httpd-php "/php4"
  AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php3
  Action application/x-httpd-php3 "/php3"
  AddType application/x-httpd-php4 .php4
  Action application/x-httpd-php4 "/php4"

<< that's all related to PHP in Apache/1.3.12
