How about giving the right (main) part of that page a valign=top?

Was likely a caching problem.  Seems okay now.

works fine in Internet Explorer. but it the right side (all in the white area of the page; including the "Top Level :: File Systems" etc. all) is vertically centered in Opera (checked with 7.50).
