Description:
------------
I created a simple file with a .gif extension, and filled it with about 20 random characters I typed in on the keyboard. Upon calling imagick_readimage with the path to that file, my apache 2.0.46 process consumed all available cpu until it killed the child thread. Sometimes, the cpu didn't go crazy, but most of the time it does.

When I use normal image files, even if the extensions are wrong, it does not freeze.
