In http://doc.php.net/downloads/pdf/split/de/AMQP.pdf in the index, the first chapter is called "Einführung" (in case bugs-web strips it, this is 
Einf [ampersand] uuml [semicolon] hrung

I don't know at which point this was fixed, but I no longer see any entities in 
the pdf
