When downloading a patch's diff via the direct link, no Content-Disposition 
filename information is provided, so tools such as wget will create a file called 
index.html?blahblahblah, instead of the patch name.

Whoops, it appears that the doc editor doesn't even provide raw diffs, that I can 
tell. No wonder I was getting an html file.
