Description:
------------
Traits, which will be included in PHP 5.4, are likely going to be a big deal. As
such, we should be proactive about documenting them comprehensively. I propose
that we do so now, and include it proactively in the manual, with special
indication that they are an "alpha functionality", until release.

Alright, the documentation is now in SVN, and will be pushed out on next doc
build. There are a few edge cases in the behaviour of Traits to document, but the
prevailing gist of the functionality is explained.
