Description:
------------
The following files/systems are affected:
- docweb server: euk2
- cron job: euk2

We need to ensure that SVN stats align with other activities (bugs, notes)
because the svn log command is date based.

Possible [simple] solution: Use a future date within gen_doc_activity_email.php
(problems?)

Revision: http://svn.php.net/viewvc/?view=revision&revision=311431
Log: Move revision end check date from now to the future, to combat time zones and time differences. Using same markup as time_past because I'm bored, even though it's not wise. Closes PHP Bug #54843
