This is completely messed up and wrong :)
And half of the params have no actual explanation as if they start from 0 or 1. And on that row somebody put kind of explanation for completely different rows.
 
"tm_mday" - day of the month Months are from 0 (Jan) to 11 (Dec) and days of the week are from 0 (Sun) to 6 (Sat).
