I'd like to bring to your attention the following note:

1)The section about "a\rbcd" is not very inaccurate as it relies on how browsers render the code.
2)The sections say /n, /r, and /t but should be \n, \r, and \t. The poster apparently keeps confusing the slash and backslash characters to confuse us some more.
3)The post even ends in an actual question if we weren't already confused enough trying to follow his post.

While you're at his, remove his double post:

1)It references his first post, with horrible grammar.
2)I can't make heads or tails out of what his 2nd post is supposed to be about for the life of me.
3)I suspect more inaccurate information.

The two posts are a complete waste of everybody's time as they are very poor quality posts to begin with and have very little if anything to do with PHP at all. Not to mention his email address is obviously bogus. I'm surprised how both his notes went unnoticed as long as they did.
