filepro_rowcount appears to return incorrect results, especially in database files that have numerous deletes. The errors seem to be random, but the numbers are usually within +/- 20% of correct number of rows

This behavior does NOT happen on other platforms, like 4.0.0 on Unix (which returns correct results). This was verified on the identical filepro database, and identical php code.

May be related to other filepro bugs posted by gilem@wsg.net
