Description:
------------
When I ran configure it was unable to find libjpeg.so, libpng.so, libXpm.so and libmysqlclient in spite of being told to look in /usr/lib64

I had to create symbolic links in /usr/lib for configure to find them. I tried everything from things like --with-jpeg-dir=/usr/lib64 to --with-libdir=lib64 yet configure would always end with the error unable to find.

Is that still an issue for supported PHP Versions?
