I am unable to download any files from http://windows.php.net/downloads

Every link I click returns a 404 - page not found error.
Have tried from two separate computers at my location, both return same errors.

Update - Cannot download PHP 5.3 files from the website.  Links to 5.2 seem to operate properly.
