As seen in the pear examples, php4 supports the <?= shortcut to output a variable value like ASP (eg. <?= $weird ?> will output the _value of the php variable $weird, equal to <?php print($weird) ?>.
This does not work when using <?php= $weird ?>
This is pretty inconsitence, is the <?= syntax an offical feature?
