Description:
------------
I'm running PHP 5.3.2, but that wasn't available in the dropdown.

Curl SSL verification fails when CURL_CAINFO is set to a relative path. The error (#60, error setting certificate verify locations) is rather baffling. A quick google suggests verifying path and permissions, but according to PHP's is_readable(), the file is both available and accessible.

Switching to an absolute path is an easy enough solution, but something in the documentation would be nice. There's an empty "Notes" column for CURL_CAINFO on the curl_setopt() page that would do rather nicely.
