Test script:

download and unzip testcase

http://host0001.webd.pl/bugs/php/phar_empty_file.zip

Step 1. To compress phar folder to phar.phar file run:
step_1_compress_to_phar.php 

Step 2. require data from phar.phar/first.php
step_2_read_phar_first.php

Step 3. require data from phar.phar/second.php
step_3_read_phar_second.php


Expected result:
----------------
no internal corruption of phar
when reading empty files


Actual result:
--------------
failed to open stream: phar error: internal corruption of phar
