Thrid paremeter of Exception::__construct() exist since PHP 5.3 (I suppose that - I use PHP 5.2.6), but in documentation says that that parameter is present in PHP >= 5.1.

There is a Changelog box on the page for Exception::__construct() [1] which 
mentions this particular change.  If that information is not present on whatever 
page you were looking at, let us know.
