Description:
------------
I have Visual Studio 2010 and Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET 4. When I am compiling Windows extensions for PHP. PHP's VC9 build doesn't work with it. I have to compile the whole PHP. but I want to publish them to help other people that don't have compilers. If I publish the whole php vc10 build myself. Other people will afraid i add virus in it. Can PHP release official vc10 build??

Next PHP major release should be compiler independent or almost independent.

As of now it is VC9 the standard. Remember that VC10 has been released this year while 5.3 has been released in June 2009.

But no bug or feature request, already part of the roadmap > bogus.
