The Return Values for token_name() says:
"The symbolic name of the given token. The returned name returned matches the name of the matching token constant."
Also: It returns "UNKNOWN" when given a non-token (integer) value.

And the existing description is a bit redundant, yes? "returned name returned"? "matches the name of the matching token"?

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
