Description:
------------
http://de3.php.net/manual/en/function.finfo-file.php currently reads:

----------------------------------------
Description
  string finfo_file ( resource $finfo , string $file_name = NULL [, int $options = FILEINFO_NONE [, resource $context = NULL ]] )

     finfo
       string file ( string $file_name = NULL [, int $options = FILEINFO_NONE [, resource $context = NULL ]] )
----------------------------------------

Where file is a hyperlink to the PHP file() function. It was not quite clear to me what this syntax description of a file() function was trying to tell me until I came across http://de3.php.net/manual/en/function.finfo-open.php which clearly describes the first as "procedural style" and the second as "object oriented style:".
Maybe that can be done for the other functions, too.

Changing this bug. I no longer see the file() link but all of the finfo
documentation should better explain the oop/procedural differences.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

I've added the procedural vs. OOP stuff :)
