but reads:

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.

Mark Wiesemann fixed this in SVN on the 27th with commit #300784.  As soon as the 
latest docs build is generated, the change will take effect.
