in the documentation 
stristr has 3 parameters
if I use "php --rf stristr"
it shows 2 parameters

Test script:
---------------
try
$a=stristr($haystack,"findme",true);

Expected result:
----------------
I expected it work with the 3rd parameter

Actual result:
--------------
error, Wrong parameter count for stristr()

The third parameter was added in version 5.3.0.
