Description:
------------
When configuring 5.3.2, the following warning was generated:

Notice: Following unknown configure options were used:

--with-fdftk=/usr/local
--enable-force-cgi-redirect

These are settings I have used for years within PHP. What happened to the FDFTK option?

fdtk extension is not available anymore in the standard PHP release but via pecl (subversion module only as it is not maintained)
