Description:
------------
I've been getting emails of password reminders for old (7+ years) bugs.

Since the reminder email doesn't have any useful information (REMOTE_ADDR or similar) it's hard to determine who has been requesting them.

Please add (at least) the following into bugs.php.net robots.txt:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /bug-pwd-finder.php

Sorry for the last pwd sending. That was me. We need to refactor that piece of 10+ years old code as well..

Fixed last night. Now a captcha is required plus I added the robots entry. :)
