Interesting. I thought BC was broken once, not twice! The related doc 
bug is bug #49923. Interesting that bug #49223 and bug #49923 are such 
similar numbers, and about the same thing. :)

Log: Core constants were incorrectly tagged as 'mhash' when moving from 'internal' to 'Core'. Seems to be windows only.
