On the Windows download site http://windows.php.net/download/ the x64 downloads do not work. I select x64 from the list, and it even changes the url to x64, but the actual x64 downloads never appear. Tried with IIS 8 and Google Chrome. Also tried compatibility mode.

After looking at the 5.3.2 version, I am now assuming there is not a x64 version of 5.3.1, even though it is on the drp down menu. Correct?
