%e  	Day of the month, with a space preceding single digits  	 1 to 31

strftime should display the day of the month when %e is specified, it returns blank.

Reproduce code:

echo strftime(" Date: %A, %B %e %Y");
echo "<br />" ;
echo strftime(" Date: %A, %B %d %Y");
?>


Expected result:
----------------
Date: mercredi, d?cembre  9 2009
Date: mercredi, d?cembre 09 2009

Actual result:

That same documentation page also states:

"This means that %e, %T, %R and, %D (and possibly others) - as well as dates prior to Jan 1, 1970 - will not work on Windows..."
